UniSoft Imaging provides high quality technical support of its document imaging toolkits and application development consulting. UniSoft Imaging's engineers are highly qualified to assist on most document imaging projects with over 30 years of experience in this field. Our engineers can work on projects in UniSoft Imaging's office or can travel to your site if the project needs more direct collaboration.
UniSoft Imaging supports its users. Most of our customers come by way of recommendations from other customers or other companies in the document imaging industry. If we cannot help you with your applications, we will attempt to match you with other consultants or advise you where to look for a better solution.
All UniSoft Imaging customers get a year of technical support provided with the original license. Yearly technical support maintenance agreements are also available. Updates on Software are automatic for all customers covered by technical support agreements.
UniSoft Imaging has experienced C and assembler consultants who are familiar with the UniSoft Imaging Libraries. If you need help getting started or have problems that cannot be solved, call for information about our Technical Consulting.
UniSoft Imaging also works on custom drivers and support software for scanners, fax boards, and printers. We have the staff to complete difficult hardware integration tasks. UniSoft Imaging has completed several custom interfaces to microfilm scanners, check scanners, barcode readers, and many other devices.
We are willing to bid on new projects or document imaging related features. We also work with other consultants and sometimes just recommend a better person for the project.
